The Photographer Collection

Itching to get your camera out? Then this collection is for you. We’ve picked the most photogenic locations and experiences across Campbell River for you to explore and document. This curated collection will leave you with a camera full of precious memories from scenic lookouts to public art to beautifully-plated food.

Prepare to have your breath taken away!

A thundering waterfall and some of the finest year-round salmon fishing in Canada are just two of the reasons Elk Falls is one of the most popular provincial parks on Vancouver Island. Include extensive networks of forest trails, the nearby Quinsam Salmon Hatchery and, in the fall, the sight of spawning salmon in the Quinsam and Campbell Rivers, and it’s easy to see why this is an area beloved by visitors and locals alike.

This favoured destination within Campbell River Region is a popular spot in any season. Be sure to share your images with #DiscoverCampbellRiver to be featured!
