Klahoose Wilderness Resort
Welcome to Klahoose Wilderness Resort, British Columbia’s newest Indigenous cultural experience. In Spring 2021 an authentic luxury eco-resort opened which reflects the Klahoose traditional values and offers an immersive exploration into this pristine region rich in diverse wildlife, wilderness, and cultural significance.
Klahoose Wilderness Resort is owned and operated by the Klahoose First Nation on their traditional territory within the heart of BC’s most pristine coast in Desolation Sound. The eco-resort can accommodate 14 to 26 guests. A visit presents an authentic luxury and Indigenous travel experience unlike any other. The remote lodge settles on the water’s edge of the calm Homfray channel between BC’s Coastal Mountain peaks and the lush temperate rain forests of the BC Coast. The off-the-grid, water only access resort caters to couples, nature and wildlife lovers, photographers, food lovers, writers, painters, yogis and other travelers of all ages and diverse interest. Guests live an immersive experience into Klahoose Culture during their entire visit. Experienced Indigenous guides and friendly staff adds to the memorable experience, particularly on grizzly bear viewing tours in Toba Inlet.
